For information and help about the on-prem version of KS ITC, please see the documentation for that version of KS (KS v10).  Except for the optional On-Prem Data Connector in KS ITC, the cloud version does not have any locally installed components and therefore does not have an installation guide.

If using KS to connect to (monitor data within) one or more applications that reside locally within an organization (and not in the Cloud), download and install the KS ITC On-Prem Data Connector. Please see The On-Prem Data Connector.
